NUVON VEGA SOLUTION: Nuvon VEGA Client

The Nuvon VEGA Client is the software component of the Nuvon VEGA solution, a graphical user interface that provides a complete overview of all devices able to be shown to a particular user. The Nuvon VEGA Client is designed to automatically launch the appropriate application used with a managed device on the list, allowing users to connect to devices with just a point-and-click! The Client even includes user-customizable features, such as displaying lists of frequently used commands.

The Client software also comes with advanced security features, including an RSA Key Generator. This means that there is another layer of system protection in addition to the user’s normal login password. A generated RSA Key comes with another password, and is only valid for the designated user and the particular Nuvon VEGA system component the user has permission to access. Each Nuvon VEGA Client is assigned a unique serial number that dedicates it to the enterprise’s Nuvon VEGA system. Even if a username and password is compromised, a system intruder is unable to connect to any device on the Nuvon VEGA system without the specific RSA Key and Key Password.
