NUVON VEGA SOLUTION: Nuvon VEGA Server

The Nuvon VEGA Server is the backbone of Nuvon’s Nuvon VEGA solution. The Nuvon VEGA server is located in the main data center of a service provider or an enterprise network. The system consists of applications developed to manage and control the entire Nuvon VEGA solution; including network-level communications, security, user access, and general user activity. The Nuvon VEGA Server consists of the following integrated modules, each of which can be configured for redundant back-up and to balance the load of information from a particular application.

  • Core Module: Provides secure communication channels between the system components and end-users with advanced authentication processes and data encryption. The Core Module also provides the infrastructure for automatically configuring the management of remote systems.
  • Session Module: Provides an event log and session record for all management activity on the devices controlled by the IDM-MG appliance. This module provides:
    • On-demand logging of all system events
    • Automatic back-up and indexing of historical data
    • Real-time access to recorded activity
    • User-customized reporting capabilities
